... estate vines are Sauvignon Blanc ranging from 9 to 20 years old from both French and New Zealand clones. Mainly planted on South and South East (cool in the Southern Hemisphere) slopes on decomposed shale. The wine is given skin contact and gentle pressing and about 5-6 months on the lees.

Clear and bright. Gooseberry nose. High acidity with a Granny Smith thing going on and a lime finish.

... for sharks. When he could see them he would shout "DOWN" and you would plunge yourselves under the water and watch the shark. It was unbelievable!! We saw about four different sharks attacking the bait multiple times whilst we were in the cage including the biggest one. They got so close to the cage at times we were a few centimetres away. June 6th - Great White Cage Diving: Day 1

I woke up today and made my way to the shark diving company for breakfast at 8am followed by the dive starting at 9am. We took a boat ride for about 15 minutes until we got to the spot for the diving. We were lucky and there was a shark already in the area when we got there, so we put on the wet suits quickly then I jumped into the cage.
