Tropea - back on the main land
... talking (slowly) in Italian, as they didn't speak English, but they were patient and when we got stuck they loaded up Google Translator (which by the way doesn't translate correctly). As I was in dire need, they even drove me to the hairdressers, where I got my hair cut for 25euros - bargain!
