Wow am I gonna bore you to death today. We did one thing and it amounted to getting out of the car for 10 minutes and walk about 2 tenths of a mile to a oat or rye field (I know it wasn't wheat) and took a couple of pictures of 9 Cadillacs of varying years of age partially buried in the ground. All are set at the same angle and are ...

... snack and rest enjoying the view towards the west. We even saw a barge down on the Arkansas river going towards Fort Smith. We then rode around the mountain top. It is much easier to ride on pavement than on rocks and dirt! After arriving back at camp, we lazed in the air conditioned PUP. It is warm up here, not really hot but we did get hot while biking on the bench trail. There is not as much breeze there as up at the top. Actually, the wind really picked up this ...

... one time over 30 steamboats plied the river and now ocean going ships travel the same waters. There are stories of the Civil War, bushwhackers and tales of Spanish Treasures. There are so many state parks, COE parks and wilderness areas.

Tomorrow we head south on the scenic byway to Hot Springs, AR. Weather is still hot but sunny and no storms expected! I would return to Arkansas to explore it more especially their wonderful State ...
