If you stay there, try to get one of the refurbished rooms in the main building or an executive room in the building across the road. the executive rooms are spacious, modern and clean. avoid pool side family rooms. they are crap. dirty, ugly, crap! we were lucky that ashley from reception was so helpful and changed our booking. very bad first impression. too bad, otherwise we would have given them 4 stars.

... etc was so interesting. Even ventured out at dusk to watch thousands of bats escaping for their nightly flight. Challenged Ian to another game of golf at Naracoorte ... Lovely bushy course, where I saw my share of timber I'm afraid, but thankfully came out on top! The Coonawarra wine region is huge, driving along vineyard after vineyard, one could really do harm tasting. It took us to the quaint town of Penola, hometown of Mary McKillop and lots of history. We we were ready to ...
