... vacation, however I'm a tad picky of an eater so it was a little difficult to find food I was ok with eating...which generally isn't too big of a deal for me, but when you have to pay as much as you do it is a little disappointing. Overall it was a nice setting, alcoholic drinks included in the price and I was entertained - I'd recommed this Luau - and I'd go again.

... Surf- oder Tauchverleih zu finden, aber Fehlanzeige hier in diesem Teil des Orts - die Resorts sind auf der anderen Seite, hier sind nur Locals, die alle ihre eigenen Surfboards dabei haben. Bleibt uns also nichts anderes uebrig, als einfach zum Sonnen und Baden am Strand zu bleiben - das Leben kann schon ganz schoen hart sein! ;-)

Abends will ich unbedingt Sushi essen, aber erstaunlicherweise gibts in der gesamten Main Street keinen Laden. Dafuer entdecken ...

We have quite high expectations of Haleakala Crater and departed quite early in the morning, dressed up in layers of winter clothes, in 85 degree sunny weather. The "lonely planet" guidebook and friends all told us there's dramatic climate change from the bottom of the crater to the top: 40 degrees difference, of a mere 10,000 meters!
