... the town dead ends into 12,000 foot peaks. I want to live here. I am staying with a friend on the edge of the valley overlooking the small town. We skiing today for closing day and the experience was something straight out of a 1980's Warren Miller movie. Pond skim competition, people wearing crazy costumes, music everywhere, and good vibes.

We leave for New Orleans in a couple days, but I am stoked to spend the few days here.

... I wasn’t wowed by my food though, it just wasn’t that flavorful to me. For dessert I stopped at Baked in Telluride and got an M&M cookie. I then finished my evening with one last gondola ride up the mountain to see the town below.
