... thank goodness, or Casey’s 'Best Aunt’ badge would have been in jeopardy!

During our stay at the “The Best Exotic Kowsaluk B&B” great meals and even better conversations were shared and although we were unable to address all the ills of the world, we did have fun trying. The fog drifted amongst the skyscrapers, and from time to time, the Empire State Building would lose it's head. It is very tempting to stand at this window and watch the ever-changing face of the city.

I arrived in the New York City area via the New Jersey Turnpike.....One needed to take out a loan to pay all the tolls along the trip from Philly...I had just finished paying $5.95 on the NJ Turnpike and then hit with a $8 tour to cross over a bridge into Staten Island....OMG!!!
