    ... we checked out a free local comedy night. We were the first ones to arrive (they changed the start time) and to get us to stay they bought us some free beers. The first guy was terrible but the next girl wasn’t too bad. The third guy was so bad that not even the free beer could make us stay and we sneaked out none to subtly… We also headed back to the High Line and Chelsea Market one weekend – such a great spot!

    ... watermelon, spinning plates, aaaannnndddd….throwing a pie in a volunteer’s face. The volunteer was me. I got a five second tutorial on how to take it ("So, when you hear me say 'HUP’, close your eyes, and blow out your nose.     ... at the Natural Museum and see the planetarium movie and the girls and Scott saw quite a lot of the African exhibition, while Susan went on a guided tour. Sadly our time ran out and we had to move on. We then headed over to the Met and we all joined a guided tour immediately. This was a great way to get some sense of the enormity of the collection held by this huge gallery.     ... casserole, in a béchamel sauce ). Lamb can be greasy or very dry, but my lamb dish was obviously done by a professional. An expresso with a piece of chocolate baklava followed by a stroll by the water, this is living!

    Dinner for two approxiamately $60 dollars USD, parking is free if you can get it.
