    ... me half an hour to cut it away. Every time I hacked a bit more of it away I thought, stay calm, be patient.

    Finally, we were free and off we set again. By now we were looking for somewhere to moor and found a really nice spot. As we were tying up I was inwardly praising myself for my patience at clearing the prop, then the rope got tangled around my foot and an expletive passed my lips.
