Bangkok Stopover
Woke up early on Monday morning in order to meet our taxi to the pier for the boat to Champhon. Got to the pier, waited for our boat to arrive. After a day of traveling and a very slow border crossing from Cambodia into Thailand we arrived back in Bangkok and returned to the hostel we stayed in last time! Friends and gearing up for India
To get from Pakse to Bangkok, there are numerous ways to travel, you can take a bus or train directly or make stops on the way. We decided to take the train. We had to bus it to the border and get out to go through customs, then took the bus for another couple hours until we reached Ubon. From there we took an overnight train to Bangkok.
