    ... had theatre tickets, reusable and made of clay. Side had a very touristy atmosphere and yet more roman ruins, only just being restored. The sea views and what they call beaches, the lanes full of shops and restaurants, and yes, some lovely pistachio ice cream... On our return, we were ready for another swim.     ... Museum. This museum was a perfect size - large enough to be really interesting but not so large that it becomes overwhelming. It had many of the artifacts from the theatre and the city, making it possible to see the actual statues and several other antiquities of the same time period.

    ... the Mediterranean. We know it will be a lot of fun to explore the area tomorrow. For tonight, we dropped off our luggage (we love our hotel) and walked down to a recommended sea food restaurant. The coastline is spectacular - very rocky with large cliffs dropping down to the ocean. We didn't get many pictures tonight because it was just turning dark.
