... since yesterday morning and it stayed down so that was good. At Dover we caught a shuttle bus into London city centre where most of the group was staying at a hostel called the clink. There were a lot of teary goodbyes before we got a cab to our hotel which ended up being about 25mins away! ... and it wouldn't accept that our passports were issued in different countries that we are residents of, so I just held my breath in customs at the other end.
Airports still, now, make me so nervous...hate is a strong word, but I really do dislike them. I always just feel so much pressure, to have to meet so many rules and conditions...maybe it's because we got halfway to the completly wrong airport in Bangkok. Or that we went to the wrong terminal and cued for even the wrong airline ...

... see the tube tunnels as if they were in the drivers seat. On the walk to Ritas house, a bus drove by and splashed a water as it drove through a puddle (a big puddle) all over Alex, Adam and David. Dan and I were lagging behind and stayed dry, but laughed rather hard at the misfortune of the others. We were dry and it looked so funny.

... goodness but it was a little depressing feeling so rubbish when all I wanted to do was drink wine and celebrate with our cousins. Luckily we are returning to Brighton in a couple of months.
