... for 150R's and headed for Sector 17 and the bus stop, once there i got a cycle rickshaw to a reasonable hotel but again was taken for a ride as the prices were 950R's for a very substandard room and he refused to budge on the price. ... all. The reservoir was small and uninteresting and the rock sculpture garden was equally dull and too busy to enjoy. We could have done a whistle stop tour and seen all the supposed sights in the city within four hours, so dull were the attractions. Unfortunately for us we'd booked our hotel on line and were stuck in the most boring city in India for three days!

This was the first planned city we'd ever visited and to be fair, it was planned badly. The grid system ...
