      Last week there was snow on the mountains and the views from the house were fantastic. Also had some brilliant sunsets here as well.

      Time to fill, off work for the week before David's wedding and I needed to find something to do. Why not try that mountain I had said I would do 18 months ago. Skiddaw. Not really a mountain by world standards I guess, but for England its one of those above 3000ft, which is good enough for us.
