Shops in Vienna were closing fast as well; everyone here seems to be getting homesick, or is panicking on what to do when the whole city's down. I was the latter. I haven't celebrated Christmas with proper rituals/meals/traditions with my family before, so I have been more of a spectator on the 25th of December (I probably will get really homesick around Chinese New Years though).
