      Eli has arrived so as part of her whirl wind tour we have coming to Malindi for a few days. Stayed at driftwood and well it was a bit nice and contrary to the forecast we enjoyed a lot of sun and only one down poring. But the downside was 12 hours on a bus each way! Flying would be easier but were on a budget ...

      When Mary's husband came to check on her (the 2 have been married for many years now)... The 3 makeup artists told us how jealous they were of our wife/husband relations as it was so so different in Africa! I had to break her sweet dreams and tell her that fairy tales were not a given even ...

      ... forever remain sensational!
      I took Henry (pic now available) to go and visit the Bio_Ken Farm (10Kms both ways) as their teaser gave us the urge to go and learn more about snakes!
      After 30minutes of fighting for survival (did you know that 3tuktuk-Kenyan taxis- and a bicycle could fit on the width of a Kenyan road? That is if you put the car body of the tuktuk no more than 5cm away from the skin of the cyclist knee!) Me, myself and Henry ...

      Shops are few and far between, “Supermarkets” here make Lidl look like Harrods Food Hall. Tuk tuks putter up and down the road and are the obvious mode of transporting the necessary crates of Tusker back home.
