... t be so relaxing! Beach again this morning, although I didn't really have a good swim as there were a few bluebottles about. Then walking along the beach, E dropped off like a light in B's arms. I just love that he is now asleep in his cot, no clothes on, peaceful as can be with the sound of the ocean waves and wind in the palms his ...

Going up again involves open stairs, which are decorated with glass shards in the shape of a snake which leads you upwards, the stairs curving round the tree. The third floor brings an extra sea breeze and a stunning view over the palm trees in one direction and the sea in the other. Another swinging bed, hung on local sisal ropes, ...

... rest, 15 seconds sprint, and keep going. This time Luke had us doing more of the 15 sec sprints with a shorter rest period. As it's a sprint, you have to start running 5 seconds before hand, and stopping takes at least another 5 seconds, and I counted the seconds and it was more like 20. So 30 secs on 30 secs rest. Brilliant. Didn't think I could run that fast anymore, but I can! Boys, watch out, Trudie will be out running ...
