Was nehme ich bloß mit....
... Und "pass auf dich auf" kommt direkt hinterher... Versprochen "ich gebe mein Bestes"! Die verbliebene Zeit verbringe ich nun mit Adressen speichern, Dokumente scannen, eMails sortieren und Musik aufs Handy spielen. Der nächste Eintrag kommt dann am Mittwoch vom Flughafen in Düsseldorf, wo ich um ca. 18.30 Uhr über London nach Hongkong fliege! Und dann folgt endlich der erste Eintrag von meiner Reise! Liebe ...
Preparation
... and I hope to be underway at about 7. Weather and traffic permitting I'll be on the ferry from Calais to Dover at 1.30pm, to arrive at Eastleigh, Southampton late in the afternoon.
I'll be staying with a host family, because I see this stay in England as a good opportunity to brush up on my speaking skills, to improve my accent and to enjoy a bit of British family life.

Part 3: Africa
So by this time I'll be in Morocco, where the weather is hopefully a lot better than back home, and this is really where the plans end. I will probably go to Mauritania, and maybe to Senegal and Mali. But that really depends on how much time I have, and if I'm willing to drive that much further.

... letzten Einkäufe sind auch schon erledigt und der Endspurt für Besorgungen hat begonnen. Außerdem konnte ich mich immer noch nicht entscheiden, welche Klamotten ich einpacken möchte. Das ist aber auch echt schwierig...
Nächste Woche wird dann noch Geburtstag gefeiert und dann gehts auch schon los.
Und wie verspochen, werden die Einträge kürzer! Also erstmal auf Wiedersehn für heute und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Last night in the "Homeland"!
Again we decided to avoid the big cities and stay in a regional town. Pulling in we had no idea where we would be sleeping, but the centre is small and always has a hotel sign.
We have a restful afternoon wandering the streets, seeing the odd sight and of course "window shopping".
Dinner being our final German meal constisted of schnitzel and cheap drinks!!!!
