The Little A'Le'Inn (Previously Rachel Bar and Grill) is a small bar, restaurant and motel located in Rachel, Nevada on the Extraterrestrial Highway. The business has been running for over 20 years and has been a favourite to visitors to the local Area 51. The business has a variety of Area 51 and UFO related items for sale such as maps of the area, posters, postcards, toys, etc. and is also famous for its "Alien Burger".

... up with markings on the side, it said wildlife game patrol and was driven by a guy wearing a uniform with sheriffs badge on his arm. A bit odd I thought and tried to photograph him without being to obvious. Another 30 ks of vast nothing and we arrived at a siding known at Rachel population 5. They owners of the truck stop renamed it Lil Ali Inn to cash in on the tourists to Area 51, it was also used in the movie Paul. We went in had a Coke and bought some trinkets. It was ...
... it was off to the trail. The ET Highway is the Extraterrestrial Trail Highway which is named for the high number of UFO's that have supposedly been spotted along the road. In reality, the UFO's are probably experimental aircraft that are flown from the US airfield known as Area 51 which lies just south of the highway. There is very little along the highway except cattle as the road ...
Area 51. A place with many different meanings. Officially it serves as a test area for the US Air Force where test runs of new planes and weapons are done. Secondly it's an alien prison as it was pictured in Paul or in the Independence Day movie. For me it was 500 miles of driving, but it was well worth it!
I woke up at 5 am so I could start my 4 hour 50 minute trip in time. I fuelled myself with coffee, then Jeepy and I got on the big adventure. As usual, we ...
Cody is exactly as I hoped and expected to find. It's wyoming proper - cowboy country with the sights and the people to go with it. We set ourselves up in the local campsite, hit a rib house and feed ourselves senseless before heading to the nightly rodeo. Put on for 3 months of the year, it initially seems as if it's set up for the tourists - the MC dressed as a clown making bad, bad jokes doens't help - but it soon becomes clear that while it may be a tourist attraction ...
Last night I drove us from Grand Canyon, back up into Utah, through Arizona, and into Nevada. We took the normal back road option and routed ourselves to take the EXTRATERRESTRIAL HIGHWAY. In 1996, this ET highway was named the place where most UFOs in the country are spotted. It's also the closest place to "Area 51" and all of that. On the map is just a huge purple shaded area of "Air Force Base Complex" We passed some suspicious places...and we know thats where the aliens are. ...
