Okay so you can't go by Plymouth without stopping in to see where the first people stepped when arriving in the US off the Mayflower. Took some pictures of the replica of the Mayflower and also the Plymouth Rock Memorial... don't know if this was the actual rock or not but I touched it virtually in my pictures. On our way back to NYC, Sue insisted on going to Cape Cod - it was the real estate agent in her wanted to see where the Cape Cod houses came from. It so happens we actually didn't see that many there. The town at the end of Cape Cod is Provincetown but the drive there has some great places to see, eg Sandwich which has a glass museum and some great art galleries.
