... with these pods. Our tour guide was great in pointing out all of the different vegetables and fruits growing wild: calabash, breadfruit, mangoes, papayas, Seville oranges, bananas (smaller varieties than we usually get at the grocery store); a kiwi type of fruit that I don't remember the name of; Callaloo (also called Elephants Ear because that's what it look like and which tastes like spinach; gardens overflowing with cabbages, wild growing peas, a truly amazing variety of flora ...

... beach and the beach gets full sun all day long until about 4pm. Then the best sun is at the pool. Lots of people snorkeling. Sailboats out. I had contacted a women who was on Couchsurfing and we were going to meet up tonight at the hash. There were several brief showers today and they were heavy enough to get everything soaked. ... take the opportunity to go see the island. We did a tour of a Cocoa Plantation where they also had a restaurant at which we stopped to have lunch, only to find out that it was run by Mormons, and of course, they didn't serve alcohol. None of the guys on the tour were very happy about that as at that stage, given it was a stinking hot day, they were all looking forward to a cold beer...get over it boys !
