Up early for croissants and coffee. Leave by 8am to get Bully to Montpelier Gare Saint Roch. He is off on his big adventure alone to Provence. We park near Place de Comedie, the grand theatre, and walk down to the Gare. Over the many years I have been coming here they have been restoring the old station and roads around it. ... of it. The great news is that we made it to the bottom unscathed and ready for the trip home. Home was made safe and sound with the only stop being one for coffee and toilets. A great weekend with some great rugby enjoyed. Another small area of France seen in a small kind of way.

... to the La Maison Carre with picnic in hand. With initial thoughts to watch the parade which could not be seen we had a coffee as you do and wandered off to the Jardins where there was a full re-enactment up on the high bridge of a Celtic ceremony honouring the God Nemos.
