A well organised apartment with good on site faclities. Only a partial kitchen , and no terrace in this one bed apartment which is a shame but otherwise spacious and comfortable.

This is a very out of the way holiday resort but it is a peaceful waterfront location. Make sure you arrive with some food, although they do have a limited stock of some grocery supplies. You can order croissants & pastries for your breakfast which is helpful because it is a drive to the nearest village. The receptionist (able to speak English) was very helpful in giving us directions to places to eat and recommendations of places to visit. The price was excellent for the facilities we had. Kitchen is well stocked with all the crockery & cutlery you'd need for a family and even to entertain! Great place to stay for a stopover or even a longer visit. Lovely little towns nearby to visit.

Not to say that Rouen is ugly, the old wood framed houses look charming if not more then a little decrepit. The cathedral too looked attractive as did the justice palace which is still recovering from shelling from WW2. Also the city had some big hitters die there, that crazy teenage girl and ...
