... had pea soup and fresh baked bread, followed by maple smoked ham, meatballs, sausage, traditional meat pie, souffle omlette and maple baked beans for our main course. ... some positive signs I took Alex up the big hill and got him on some of the easier runs on the mountain. Although it took a while to get to the bottom I could tell that he was loving it! We kept going over and over and over and by the end of the day I took him down his first blue run. He was hooked. ... and knuckled the jump super bad and only just pulled it back without stacking it. I left the park for the day and went back down to the bunny hill to check on everyone else.

We woke up this morning stressing about what we were going to do with organizing a lift pass and also trying to fit in some other activity. We all decided on dog sledding but with only 2 available times, and it being the first day of the dog sledding season we didn't think we would be able to organize anything.
