      ... As we got closer to our destination the traffic was getting heavier and heavier on the freeway and seeing that most of the way it was 6 to 8 lanes wide it was slow going .... Well when I say slow going that was wishful because no one drives slow in the USA. Miss GPS was going berserk but Kevin was going slower than our counterparts. We eventually turned off the freeway into the suburban streets of Long Beach. We have rented a house here for 5 ...

      ... of home runs in the last innings or so, but the atmosphere was brilliant. VERY family friendly, lots of fun and cheering, and we even all got little drums to bang at certain tense times during the battle.       A little later on we rode Goofy's 'Learn to Fly' coaster, a crazy, sharp-turning, nose-diving ride with Goofy's wacky laugh as background music. We also climbed aboard a silver rocket which went round and round in fairly tame circles but provided a good opportunity for photo taking and sight-seeing.
