We stayed in Camp Kamenec (549 57 Teplice nad Metují, Csehország) which had pretty much everything we needed ‐ a small hut with four single beds, which we pushed together to make a double... we needed the warmth (we'd only packed for sunny weather / always the optimistics). The windows are thin, so we shoved a spare mattress up against the window ...

... Czech breweries, before it was sold to the Czech Nation for lots of money! In fact, this family seems to have made a practise of selling estates to the Czech Nation – they also sold an estate at Lany which is now the summer residence of the Czech President.

After an amazing visit to the Castle – with almost no tourists around, we met Zdenek’s family (wife & son) and the newest member of the family, a 2-month old Newfoundland ...

Early start this morning to travel to Teplice Nad Metují after a tram, a train, a bus, a train, & then another train 4 hours later we were there. It's a tiny little town with about 4 or 5 houses, surrounded by forest. In the forest are a whole lot of odd shaped sandstone formations. A million years ago this whole area was covered in ocean, & the unusual looking rocks were formed as the sea ...

... We had a lot of fun although Lukas, the party trasher, didn't let us play as much but we still had a good time. Did I mention there was a pool there and every single day we went swimming with Camy and Sydney we did flips, turns, twists, handstands, cartwheels wait cartwheels? we didn't do any cartwheels ...mommy you were wrong we didn't do any cart wheels what so ever ...I'm sorry for that interruption and we also did flips.Bye for now!

... So after the wedding we all met for a fantastic dinner with the beer and wine flowing. When combined with stimulating conversation, it was a great time. Then some formalities and cake cutting....ect Everyone was invited to come out for a surprise.....FIREWORKS!!! I love Fireworks.
