... destination an hour earlier ..yah beats sitting at train stations ...well done Julie ...its now 5 pm ...I have dinner in my bag as I've now learnt to load up at breakfast ...fruit, nuts, bread name it gets through from breakfast to dinner at night ..perfect. So over the prices here ...and I have two more weeks before I hit he south of France will be good to be in one place for two weeks ...unpack yay ...

Optional extra this morning was "Klein Matterhorn excursion" - At 8.30 we got picked up by electric taxi (no other vehicles are allowed in the area - clean & green) taken to the Matterhorn cable car and up the hill we went, six people in each car, swapt after 5 minutes to another car and further up the hill. Spotted a Marmot amongst the shizt on the ground. Half way mark, ...

... a small pub and I have a potato rosti which is typical Swiss food. It is really good; lots of melted cheese, ham and tomato on top of the grated potato cake. Gilberto has been keen for me to try as much local food as I can. Most has been really good. It's still snowing as we finish lunch, so we head home for the afternoon.
