Líkt og áður kom fram þá var það ekki á upphaflega planinu að fara til Neunqen, en við höfum lært að laga okkur að aðstæðum og því var rúta tekin í þessa mjög svo óspennandi borg. Okkur til mikillar ó-gleði höfðum við fengið eitthvað vitlausar upplýsingar í Mendosa og var engin rúta þarna yfir landamærin næstu tvo dagana.
Það var því ekkert annað í boði en að leggjast yfir plönin sem hefðu litið svo hrikalega ...

... nicht allzuviel vom Nachtleben erwarten und unsere Erwartungen wurden auch nicht uebertroffen. Es wurde also ein gemuetlich-kulturell-philosphischer Abend, bei dem ich viel ueber Costa Rica erfuhr (- da muss ich hin!). Der Gespraechsstoff reichte uns bis 4 Uhr morgens.
Am naechsten Tag sollte es eigentlich weitergehen nach Bariloche. Die Frau am Busterminal hatte uns jedoch falsch informiert und der naechste Bus fuhr erst um 23 Uhr abends ...

Roaming with the Saurus!
We took the 10 hour night bus from Mendoza to Neuquen. Greg was thrilled that I had booked the "Full Cama" bus that allows you to recline the seat fully horizontal. Much more comfortable ride! We were even served wine with dinner and bubbly as dessert! This is the way to travel! We arrived in Neuquen early in the morning and we were fortunate that the B&B allowed us to check-in and use one of their rooms to nap in until our room was ready. ...
