    Yesterday we had arranged for a shared shuttle service to take us from Jaco to La Fortuna. Jayson drove us to meet the bus in the morning and saying goodbye to him and Jaco was interesting after such a long stay. We felt very comfortable, familiar, and "at home" in Jaco after being here for eight weeks.     ... in the ground... Creepy looking! Saturday, yoga first thing in the morning was just what I needed for an achy back. Carry my mochilla all day nearly everyday takes a toll but, I still cannot get those hip openers!! The instructor did teach a neat trick though: inverted V with either your hands or your feet on a blanket instead of the mat.
