After a relatively peaceful night in the creek (very shallow), we left mid tide and anchored in the river waiting for the right tide to go up the river to Quimper. We were um'ing and arh'ing whether to take the dinghy or the boat.
Once the tide had turned we checked that the boat was securely dug in and then took the dinghy towards Quimper, the capital of the area. We unfortunately experience wind over tide therefore the 3 mile dinghy ride was not going ...

We wanted to venture to Pont l'Abbe but the wind was too strong to take the dinghy up the river (and it was prohibited to anchor) so we opted for le Manoir de Kerazan. ... Australia and told us about his trip to Australia travelling around in one of the campervans. There was another company that operated a Ferry to Molene, but the Ferry didn't leave until 2pm.
