From there, my sister Valerie lives only a few kilometres away in Cowansville, and the seniors home where my Mom lives, is about 15 kilometres in Knowlton. She just moved in February, so it was my first time there. Very comfortable place. Also a few people live there that ...

Another day of skiing!

A travel blog entry by matt-hryniewicz on Mar 01, 2015

Went skiing with the Reidy's and their cousins. Jay Peak is definitely a must on a skiers list. Some sweet glade skiing for novices. Packed powder. 25 degrees. Barely a breeze. A couple of quads and a tram bought you to the top. Sitting on the Canadian border in northern Vermont, it's quite remote making for small lift lines. It was a four hour ride but the ride back was a bit more interesting with the impending ...
