Went skiing with the Reidy's and their cousins. Jay Peak is definitely a must on a skiers list. Some sweet glade skiing for novices. Packed powder. 25 degrees. Barely a breeze. ... and very dry sparkling cider. By then we decided that our cholesterol overload was enough and we skipped dinner. Today is another warm day on our drive to Quebec City. I suppose my only disappointment is that the town green, in three pines, is really a creation of Louise Penny. The small towns were very lovely and picturesque. But none have a central green. ... Cafe. On the 20th, it was Bromont. We decided to eat at the studio which is always fun. We had fall turnip and carrot potage, salad, steak & potato wedges. To accompany the meal, China Shop wine.
