The woodcutting in rather therapeutic, the repetition in the action has me thinking of old school prisoner songs, with their rhythms and harmonies. Maybe I’ll try something with a wood saw later on. I’ve discovered here I find it very hard to sit still, and will think about other things while working on something else. Sadly the creative list I write in my head always seems to be misplaced when I stop.
