    I have not been to Lake Tahoe for over 10 years and I am still at awe how beautiful the Lake was.
    We did a scenic tour to Emerald Bay and the views is breathtaking. I can stay there all day just enjoying the God Creation.

    ... Squaw Valley International Resort where the 1960 Winter Olympic Games were held. The view of the Squaw Valley with the snow capped mountains in the back drop nearly took our breath away. It was beautiful. We wandered around the Olympic village with its hotel accommodations overlooking the center plaza, ski lifts and the usual restaurants and high end sports stores.     ... were expecting big things. Despite no new snow in Lake Tahoe for the past few weeks, conditions remain remarkably good. We didn't find new powder off piste, however, we did manage to get the resorts almost to ourselves. Buying the ski pass daily, and driving to different mountains and resorts is typical US skiing and this allows more flexibility then Europe.
