... away. We now have a perfect spot with beautiful views and chipmunks for neighbours (although I'm a bit nervous one of the little beasties will try and sneak in the RV) The beach here is lovely and was really quite busy with weekend locals. After some lunch and half a shandy....eh hem.....we've come back to the RV, lit the fire pit and are now chilling out, enjoying the scenery and just relaxing (possibly with a beer or maybe some ...

    Culinary creations with Cilantro

A travel blog entry by chili on Feb 21, 2012

I love cilantro! And, I admit, I am smitten for that bunch boosting a price of $.89, but seriously, who can really eat that entire bouquet before the slime factor appears! Gross!
Sorting through the slippery stems my mind wanders. Hey, when life gives ya post prime herbs, make pesto! Salvage what ya can!

    Here's what I did...and it worked!

Saute a handful of peanuts. Pine ...
