... of Wisconsin Cranberry Wine. Walking down the main street along with 78,000 others (record crowd for Lambeau field!) we managed to wave down a cab. Two hours later, after our driver had a stint of road rage at the traffic distracting another driver enough to nudge the car in front of him (to which she laughed at what she essentially caused) and dint their bumpers, we finally got back to our accommodation for the night after having subway for the third time in two ...
... see as many museums, churches and cathedrals as possible. A trip to Versailles, evening cruise on the Seine, obligatory Eiffel Tower photos and more are also on the list. And of course, eating! Crepes, croissants and maybe even escargots! I am very excited to be visiting this historic city and look forward to sharing my adventures.
As Zoe says, we will be taking a little plane, a medium plane, and then a BIG plane on our way to Manchester, England. The girls are super excited. We've outlined what we'll be doing & seeing in London in a fortnight. Friends we need to see have been contacted and plans are coming ...
Our last day was pretty nice. The weather was a cool, breezy 60's and sunny. In the morning I rode my bike into town, over the new drawbridge, past the harbor, and by the beach, all in one big loop. Overall it probably adds about 12 miles to my total.
We visited some huge garden today. It's a large, well-kept grounds full of flowers. Beautiful!
