    Today another beautiful hike starting at 9 a.m. and return at 9 p.m., always in a group of about fifteen Indians, this time with so many children and I only foreigner, with the same bus and the same driver. We arrived to a vary vast and colourful beachfront amusement park and spent a couple of hours just to walk around and then to reach the beach called Golden Beach and in fact it is the most beautiful view so far in India .     Awoke this morning slightly sore after yesterday's boxing. Nicola and I set off to go thru another gruelling 2hr boxing training shesh!!!!! Slightly different from yesterday as we had to do our own shadow boxing and bag use. Then headed in to the ring where we done more knee and punch moves with the pads.
