    ... this is 'typical' of boats but it is also frustrating because we long to be on top of things so we can explore and enjoy the experience a bit more. I included a picture of the 'to do' list and the state of the boat at one point. Each day we rip one or two things completely apart.     Awoke this morning slightly sore after yesterday's boxing. Nicola and I set off to go thru another gruelling 2hr boxing training shesh!!!!! Slightly different from yesterday as we had to do our own shadow boxing and bag use. Then headed in to the ring where we done more knee and punch moves with the pads. Me and Nicola also done a short sparring session, but by that time we were very tired and ended up laughing more than actually do what we were suppose 2. Afterwards ...
