... uneventful and neither of us was up to any sightseeing, so we chose a seafood restaurant for dinner that was only half a mile from the hotel. It was featured on the food network show Diners, Drive Ins and Dives and had hugely positive reviews on Yelp.

The Portuguese Chowder was divine, everything else we had was terrible. My mussels and steamers were barely edible and Karen's scallops were rubbery and tasteless. I Yelp reviewed them on the spot as this place ...

An emergency alert came on the radio "Flash floods and flood warnings" for many areas including ours! The plan was to head into Providence but that was apparently a bad spot for flooding so spent the ...

... more so than harvard IMO and took me a while to get around it all. I then visited the oldest baptist church in the USA. It was nice, but old. The state house dominates the skyline, and is a building remeniscent of the dome building in washington dc, it is beautiful and one of my favourite buildings in the USA. I even got to go inside, for free, to see the senate and the rhode island state library.I then headed back downtown to explore the city's hundreds ...
