... We found a nice little spot right on the opening to the harbour. It was an informal self-service kind of place, which kept the price down… though a lobster and fries with a tiny cup of coleslaw was still $23 US… we shared one order. The beer was particularly nice too, a draft ale, served in plastic cups, but who cares!
Back to the campsite by 6:30 to relax and recover a bit from probably 15 miles of biking today.

... driving about four times as far as we needed to we finally found the restaurant!! And the kitchen was closed.

So we went back down the road, or was it up the road, and found another tavern. They didn't have much in the way of seafood so Armando had prime rib and I had soup and a "stuffie" - not sure exactly what it was - it was okay. Maybe tomorrow we can finally find some clams.

Obviously we’ll be going to the places they want to see but since this is Peggy’s Cove in Halifax and Anne of Green Gables farm in Charlottetown we couldn’t be happier.

We got ourselves organized to go ashore and popped up to the Lido bar to kill some time till they got to open ...

Time for a posh coffee to into the Explorations Lounge and enjoyed a nice latte and then up to the Lido deck for a seat in the ...

After morning exercise, Jane and I drove to a needlepoint store in Barrington, RI. The Picket Fence was a quaint little needlepoint store. We enjoyed the drive, lovely scenery along the coast. After lunch at the Black Pearl, Jane, Buddy & I drove around the area to see the historic mansions. Later in the afternoon, Larry and I enjoyed a drink at the oldest bar in the US and saw one of the oldest churches. Dinner at The Mooring was ...
