Jinjiang-Inn (Jingxianqiao Road) Chengdu

We awoke this morning to bitterly cold weather---no snow—so we are thankful. Our hotel is having some issues with hot water, so showering is just cruel. The hotel we are staying in is totally Chinese--- so…for breakfast it is “good bye” omlette and hello to bean curds. We haven’t seen one American anywhere in Chengdu in 3 days. ... On s'attendait a rien en particulier mais on a vu que sur la carte y'avait une tombe proche. S'averait que c'etait un quand meme gros spot, le tombeau au milieu d'un enorme parc sucre pour les yeux et l'esprit. Estuvo guay ver a los pandas a primera hora de la manana, cuando aun no se han echado a dormir, comiendo, jugando, banandose... Tambien vimos varios recien nacidos en la incubadora, pero a estos no se les podia hacer fotos.

We had the rest of the day off and I chose to come back, look over some phrases, unpack my room, and fix the internet (that is when I sent out all of the emails.
