    McConnell was OK but very basic and we seemed to hit some sort of Spanish-american bank holiday so we were soothed to sleep with a lot of very loud Hispanic music from the sound systems of several surrounding pick up trucks.     ... for a wine tasting inside and to eat our lunch alfresco in the olive grove. Nom, nom, nom very nice fresh and tasty food. My taste buds are extremely happy we are no longer in Alaska.

    Saw a hummingbird briefly flit in while eating lunch. They are so cool, but impossible to photograph!

    Off to our last stop at Castillo di Amorosa - where everything is good with Chinese food according to the tasting notes. We were obviously being too rowdy ...

    ... beautiful building, great atmosphere and most importantly VERY tasteful wine. We can't wait to come back next year! On arrival at the camping site we enjoyed the sun for a while, set up our tent and had the usual barbecue.
