... lost between the furniture and she was not familiar with the lay out, nor could she remember how to get back out of a corner. We believe that she was happy right up to the last moment. We are sad to see her go, but relieved that she is no longer in pain and discomfort. She can now see and hear and can play in the fields of doggie-heaven.
Rest in peace our little friend. May we see eachother again and may your eternal rest be peaceful and happy.

... was just right, in fact, a little too quick. I prefer to spend more time smelling the roses. But, it worked out fine. We only paid for 3 places to stay and the rest were all "dry-docked" which did not cost us anything. Those were either at Walmart, truck stops or gas stations. The places we paid to stay were RV parks where we could dump our tanks, get fresh water and take real showers.

Well, after that there's not too much to report; we had some cookies and lemonade to celebrate, cleaned off, changed, and went out to dinner, but we were pretty tired out. We eventually summoned the energy to go for an evening walk, and have some "Back Door Donuts" (yes, that's a thing; they actually are served through the back door of the bakery), before passing out.
