We spent the day in seattle downtown. We have a flight out at about 11pm to night. We will leave dinner then look for someone to bequeath our camping supplies too before heading to the airport. There will be another post in a few hours with more pics of this strange ...
... and friends. There were only a handful of us in the elevator when we quickly rode to the top. When we landed at the top, the elevator let out on an enclosed deck, where we looked around for a few minutes before heading outside. The height wasn't too bad to deal with as there was a pretty good safety railing and glass. I could get pretty close to the edge to take pictures, and of course, Jody had no trouble whatsoever.

... big. Josh almost curled up in a corner, waiting to be rescued. But eventually he made it. We have to remind ourselves that the US is WAY bigger than New Zealand.

The next day, I got up at about 9am, had a shower and went for a walk, I'm actually quite gutted that I didn't get to see much of Seattle, but what I did see was gorgeous. After tiring myself out and walking further than I should have, I went back to chill at the hostel, one of the guys I had spoken to briefly the evening before was there and asked me if I wanted to get ice cream from the place next door later on that evening... ...
... the Storm.
The week in Seattle changed that!
If I thought I was trapped ;) in an 'oh my god this is awesome' moment in Phoenix at my first WNBA game, its fair to say I wasn't as starry eyed, but being in KeyArena with the 'Storm Crazies' was definitely another great sports experience!
