... including several of his famous still life and self-portraits) but there were also numerous lesser known paintings on display as well. The museum is rather large considering it is dedicated to just one artist but as we went along it became clear that Van Gogh was obsessive about his art and we later learned that he would paint sometimes non-stop for days so the number of works that he produced is quite large compared to a lot of his contemporaries. The setup is pretty bizarre - you check in at the pub section, then you go through a single door back on the street, and climb sixteen precarious stairs to your floor. Try doing that with a huge suitcase! The room is great though, decorated in Indian decor, named the room of 1000 nights. The location is handy ...

... years so it will be weird for them. It rained throughout our tour so it was hard to take pictures through the raindrops.

We then went up the street to the Heineken Experience. It was amazing! We just downloaded an app on our phones to get an audioguide. The first part was a museumish thing about the history of Heineken. There was a tasting room where we got a glass of beer to taste. There was a room with the four ingredients that go into the beer. There was a room ...
