After the pancake house, we had a little more free time in which we explored the Jordaan, the posh neighborhood the pancake house was in. There were lots of cute little shops and boutiques, and we just relaxed and sat on the canal.
We returned to the hotel, got our luggage out of storage, and took a bus to the airport.
Amsterdam was great, but I was glad to be back in Copenhagen!!!

... The oldest profession became fully legalized and regulated in 2000, and a lot has changed in this area since my last visit with my family around that time. The pimp who tried to offer my dad and I a family plan is long gone. These women are self-employed, certified, regulated and they decide what services and to whom they provide.
