    ... plop’ went the pink ball in the stream. This must happen a lot as there was a ball fisher set on the side!

    But then...A HOLE IN ONE was had by Mrs Smith! Alas, not once, but twice around the course! Would this be enough to claw back and win the championship?

    Ok we started the day in TN, VA, WVA, MD, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA. 9 states in one day. Thanks to the slave driver on a mission Nora.     ... achievements was to set aside a 40 mile long seashore preservation zone up the eastern side of the Cape as far as Provincetown which is almost at the tip.This provides general access to unspoiled beaches, dunes, and salt marshes.
