... wagens staan reeds geparkeerd langs de wegkant en wandelaars maken zich klaar. We starten om 8u30 aan Forca di Presta op 1536 m hoogte Het is een mooie, pittige bergtocht. Na 1u flink stijgen komen we aan berghut Rifugio Zilioli op het bergzadel op 2238m. Daar zitten menige wandelaars reeds te pauzeren om iets te drinken en een snack te eten. Maar wij gaan door. ... Een absoluut topprodukt!
De Castelluccio-linzen zijn zeer klein en variëren in kleur van lichtbruin tot lichtgroen. Op voorhand weken is helemaal niet nodig, een half uurtje in water of bouillon koken is voldoende om ze mooi knapperig te hebben.
