We got up, had some breakfast and then got in the van for Idyllwild! It's a mountain view drive that takes about 1.5 hrs to get there. I got a bit car sick because of all the twists and turns on the road. Temp in Palm Desert was 29 degrees. It was a bit cooler where we went but not too much of a difference. ... five year old fella named Able7. He got the name for a truly miraculous feat of not saying a word for seven days. I hardly still believe it seeing as he is almost always talking. I enjoy having his company still. He is a bit weird but that just makes him interesting. Mario is the resident chef who always does a great ...
... Hot Chili Peppers which were awesome apparently. I am just happy that I have at least seen the Red Hot Chilli Peppers before at Shoreline in San Francisco. Brad and Caleb drove from the festival back to LA that night and stayed in a cheap LAX hotel rather than face Monday morning LA traffic
We asked Zach at the end of the festival who is favourite band was and without hesitation he said 'The Wombats' and launched into their song "Jump into the Fog'. Perfect :)
