    Incredibly tough day

    ... to walk 5 miles to ziggy and the bear. I got lost underneath the powerlines that are before the interstate crossing. This is the worst my knee has felt ever. I am very worried that this injury may take me off the trail.
    Storm is coming in, so I have to push forward past my worries, fatigue, anger. Finally at Ziggy and the Bears by 10pm....what the hell did I just do???

    ... recent game. Justine reckoned young Jake McCoy was alright after the local pitcher, who at the commentator's request threw 3 strikes, meaning beers were $1 for ten minutes. (Chris was driving, so he couldn't take advantage!). We reckon they sold 40 beers in ten minutes. The stands emptied as soon as the third strike was signaled!     ... pack and repacked at least 3 times now. The flight will be long, but after 17 hours of medically induced sleep we'll be in Bangkok.
