... it was in total three events, a lot of driving around (by car and bike), scrambling, dancing, listening latvian songs, searching a parking lot on the beach, taking the ferry back to Manhattan, getting rejected by State police and having a few beers at Brooklyn boulders. That's actually a pretty nice summary :) - but lets make it step by step

This hike passed an old quarry on the way up Mt Taurus. There were several overlooks where you could see the Hudson River, Cold Spring, Breakneck Ridge. Returning on the north side of the mountain, you can visit the ruins of the Cornish Estate. We checked out the barn and outbuildings,by the reservoir and saw the pump house by the stream.
