... We checked out a delicious little pancake place near the markets called Pannukakkutalo. They have a massive selection of savoury and sweet pancakes; we ended up choosing 1 each to share. ... It was a very long journey, almost 7 hours. I had the option to fly, but by train I got to see the change in countryside. Very white, lots of pine trees, some agricultural areas, haven't really seen any industrial areas which is strange but nice. Only pitfall of travelling by train is lugging my heavy suitcase around.
