... rocks. We checked into our camp site and elected for an unpowered site having juiced up the two days previous. We walked along the shoreline watching fishermen casting from the beach whilst large pelicans watched and waited for their share of the winnings as if it was their right to get any of the fisherman's catch. After a long walk stretching our legs we went to get fish n chips for dinner electing to sit in the little restaurant watching customers coming in all shapes and sizes ...

At this stage, the cycling was highly enjoyable - sunny, flat, the odd car and beautiful scenery. While the tour guides we have had so far have had a conversational style, John's style was lecture, delivered in a smooth monotone. This style obviously suited the woman in the seat in front of us who was making notes as we went along. Although much of the commentary was interesting there was far too much detail about the weather patterns that cause the fog, the migratory habits of the ...

... for the night. I decided to join them and tucked in with a good book and the sound of the ocean for complete tranquility. In the morning i awoke to fog and set out on the trail towards the edge of the cliff with my camera in excitement to capture beauty. Journaling whilst your legs are hanging over a cliff is quite exhilarating as well i might add. More beauty ahead though so i got in my car and headed along the winding road which was such ...
