... was Sluis played on perfection, or idealism, as it's main selling point to tourists. A short morning trip from Bruges, or indeed major towns in Holland, certainly make it a popular place. There are no star attractions (perhaps ommitting the windmill) but all the components are there and picturesque.The fact I've wrote most about Sluis despite spending the least time there says it all, a must visit for all staying in East Belgium or West Holland...

... be our last update for a while as our next site does not have wifi. We move on Monday slowly working our way down through Belgium to Calais and eventually the ferry back home. We are hoping to be able to join our friends at the F.C.C rally at Ebernoe during the last weekend of the month before returning to our house.

We set off on a walking tour described in our guidebook and enjoyed wandering past cute buildings and along the scenic canal.
