I can't remember it's proper name but it's a soufflé. What they fail to tell you and the menu doesn't explain either, that it's "HUGE" and is supposed to be shared between 5 or 6 people. Everyone had a taste and we had to leave about a third of it. ...

We took a little walk up the mountain and then we had a really nice view of another valley. We went out for dinner that night, and we had schniztel and I had goulash soup with a dumpling. And we had oktoberfest sausage, it was very good. We had such a good time. Next entry we will talk about our hikes. I hope you read ...
