... corner to make breakfast which is where we learn about the wildcats. Breakfast is quick to make so we head onwards towards Visegrad, where castle ruins apparently await us. We have been on the 11 only a short while when we drive through a village just off the expansive Danube. We just have to stop and look. Domos, a little village with a big personality. S xx

... Today, we left Budapest in order to drive to Kraków. We had to drive through Slovakia (or Slovenia as we kept joking), but we had no plans on stopping. Could we say we visited the country? Could we say this was country number thirteen? After two events that occurred during our drive, we answered this question: Yes.

Zakopane- Morskie Oko

Off to Morskie Oko today (once we finally dragged ourselves out of bed!). Morskie Oko is a lake in the middle of apt he Tatras mountains and national park. We had to catch a bus from zakopane 40 minutes out of town and then it took two hours to walk there and two hours to walk back. We went off to the Anne frank house today which is about a diary a little girl wrote when they went into hiding during the Second World War. They were hiding from the Germans who were taking hostage of all the Jews and sending them off to concentration camps once found. It was a really good museum with a horrible story. ... Dame which was also amazing!!! It's so huge you can hardly get a good picture as it doesn't fit in the lense! We went inside and it was stunning as usual with every church in europe- they're are just so big and beautiful!! It was philip hughes funeral on this day in Australia so we thought it would be nice to pay 2 euro and light a candle inside the church for him.
