In the afternoon we went to Keszthely on the shore of Lake Balaton - the largest freshwater lake in all of Europe. It was the lake that we had originally seen on the map that got us to Hungary in the first place. So we had to go there. Again, we had to pay to get on the beach to go for a swim.
