Our last day in Achenkirch before we have to drop the car off in Innsbruck. we chose a simple walk from the hotel up on to the mountains behind the hotel. Kögelalm was the target. Frost again overnight, but nowhere near as heavy as Tuesday. The footpaths to and from the car were treacherous where the sun hadn't reach, however. Bright sunny start to the day, with a magnificent blue sky over the snowy peaks.

Monday 29 October Achenkirch still -Walking in a winter wonderland! More powdery snow overnight! Steph and I ventured out to the local supermarket to top up breakfast milk and fresh bread.
